Shipping and returns

The first batch is sold on pre-order: it is produced once the 100 pouches are reserved. Your order ships 4 to 6 weeks after the 100th pre-order. We e-mail you when production starts and when your parcel ships, with tracking.

Shipping costs €4.90 in France and €9.90 in the European Union. It is free from 3 pouches in the same order.

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Send back the unopened pouch and we refund you within 14 days, on the payment method you used. Return costs are yours.

If the batch is not produced, you are refunded in full, shipping included.
