Terms of sale

These terms govern sales of BEST dehydrated camel milk made on this site between [company name] and consumers.

The first batch is sold on pre-order, limited to 100 pouches, at €29 incl. VAT a pouch. The planned price after the pre-order is €39 incl. VAT. The order is final once paid.

Delivery takes place 4 to 6 weeks after the 100th pre-order, and no later than [delivery deadline]. Past that date, the customer may cancel the sale and be refunded.

Payment is due at order, by card or the methods offered by Stripe.

The customer has 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason, for an unopened product. The refund is made within 14 days.

The legal guarantees of conformity apply. For any dispute, the customer may contact the consumer mediator: [name, address].
